in Franchise Hotels, Food and Beverage operations, and Casino Resort
operations, including Native American gaming. Unique experiences
and skill sets include multiple hotel openings simultaneously in
an Area Director role, high-volume Food and Beverage openings and
operations, and nation-wide Reservation Call Center operations
at the Executive level. Rick holds the designation of Certified
Hotel Administrator by the American Hotel and Lodging Association,
their most prestigious designation. Strong work ethic, service
oriented approach to all relationships, and a highly analytical
emphasis on financial management, are some of the traits that Rick
demonstrates during the consulting process.
Sean Mangold contributes 14 years of Food & Beverage
experience in both 4 diamond resort and high volume casino operations,
including
Native American gaming. As a former Executive Sous Chef and Director
of Food & Beverage, Sean brings unique insight applicable to
all aspects of Food and Beverage management. Core competencies include
start-up analysis and planning, product procurement, system implementation,
training, quality assurance, and service culture. Sean is an accredited
Certified Food & Beverage Executive through the American Hotel
and Lodging Association, National Restaurant Association ServSafe
instructor and proctor, and Vice Chairman of the Las Vegas Food and
Beverage Directors Association. Sean’s experience, motivational
approach, and contagious energy enable him to lead diverse teams
of people to accomplish both group and individual goals.
